Brockville Dive Charters offers trips to the best dive sites of the St-Lawrence River in the heart of the Thousand Islands. Our homeport in Brockville Ontario allows access to dozens of historic and archeological underwater sites, many of them wrecks, as well as excellent wall and drift diving for every level of experience.

Our boat “the Seasport”, is a 28' Kingston Seasport Pro Sedan with 11' beam, capable of carrying a maximum of 10 divers comfortably and quickly. It features a 40” wide dive platform, custom made dive benches, enclosed pilot house and cabin with head. In addition to First Aid and DAN Oxygen Unit, the Seasport is outfitted with GPS, Loran/Depth Sounder, VHF Radios, cellular phone and all Transport Canada safety equipment.

The Seasport is a Transport Canada Certified Passenger Vessel, and as such you can rest assured that safety is our #1 concern and practice. Our vessel is always crewed by an experienced and knowledgeable staff.

Brockville Dive Charters, a division of Action Scuba, is a member PADI the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, TDI Technical Diving International, USSCA the Upper St. Lawrence Scuba Charter Association, and CPS the Canadian Power and Sail Squadron.

and bring this completed and signed document to the boat.

International Dive Charters transiting the US/Canada border
In order to board our vessel in destination of dive sites in US waters, you must:
    1. Be a citizen of Canada or the USA (other citizenships please call)
    2. Carry proof of Citizenship:
      a) A valid passport b) A birth certificate and a piece of government issued ID with picture
    These are the only forms of ID that are acceptable, no exceptions. 3. Be eligible for travel to the USA. No criminal record.
    4. If you are traveling with a minor child as a single parent, you will require a notarized letter stating that you have permission to travel with the child out of Canada.

Certification and Logbook

    You must provide proof of scuba certification and a logbook indicating that you have completed at least one dive in the last 12 months or 10 dives within the last 3 years (or proof of refresher training). Deep wreck dives require a minimum of Advanced Open Water certification or logbook evidence of deep dives. You must be in good health and in reasonably good physical condition.

Reservations, Cancellation and Refund Policy

    1. Reservations are confirmed once payment in full is received.
    2. Reservations are only valid for the departure on the day and time issued.
    3. All customers are asked to be at the dock at your boarding time with all appropriate dive gear including cylinders and weights.
    4. No credits or refunds for missed departures.
    5. Rainchecks or refunds will be issued at the customers' discretion due to weather cancellations or mechanical breakdown.
    6. Once the customer has boarded the vessel, there will be no refunds, credits or rainchecks for seasickness, sunburn, fatigue, cold, lost or malfunctioning equipment, and omitted or missed dives.
    7. Cancellation by the customer of a reservation:
      a) more than 30 days prior to departure, will result in a full refund or credit.
      b) 30 days or less prior to departure, will result in loss of all payments.
